Paul's background includes working for several blue chip companies:

• Kodak Ltd, Watney Mann Truman Brewers and Allied Domecq plc, with varied roles in sales, marketing, communication and culture change
  

• A number of marketing services agencies in account management roles
  

• Latterly in higher education. Paul leads groups in Corporate Development, including technology transfer, knowledge transfer, asset development and incubation support, with a broad remit to grow income whilst promoting the Enterprise and Innovation agendas.
